Applicants for fulltime REI staff and volunteer positions must:
- Undergo a rigorous application / assessment process complete with references and a resume / CV as requested
- Exhibit excellent moral character
- Have practical expertise in their professions (with credentials where applicable)
- Become familiar with REI’s culture and philosophy of service through a course of orientation and training.
- Align with the existing strategy and leadership structure of the REI work in a nation and region.
