REI’s mission is to engage, encourage, equip, and empower people in emerging nations to strengthen the strategic sectors of their countries.

Applicants for fulltime REI staff and volunteer positions must:

  • Undergo a rigorous application / assessment process complete with references and a resume / CV as requested
  • Exhibit excellent moral character
  • Have practical expertise in their professions (with credentials where applicable)
  • Become familiar with REI’s culture and philosophy of service through a course of orientation and training.
  • Align with the existing strategy and leadership structure of the REI work in a nation and region.
